My approach to therapy focuses on helping you feel more secure within yourself and in your relationships by working with both your emotional experiences and your nervous system. When stress, trauma, or when relationship challenges arise, the nervous system can shift into survival states like anxiety, shutdown, or reactivity, making it hard to feel connected or grounded. In therapy, we approach these patterns with curiosity and compassion, creating a space where you can slow down, feel supported, and explore difficult experiences at a pace that feels manageable. Over time, this work helps strengthen emotional regulation, increase your capacity to reflect rather than react, and build a healthier relationship pattern - making it easier to ask for support, set boundaries, navigate conflict, and stay connected without losing yourself.
